Welcome to the 2024 Clinton Youth Football Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Clinton Youth Football.  

Please remember to list the grade that your child will be in for the UPCOMING 2024-25 school year.

Birth Certificate Abstract

Please be aware that for 2024 we are gathering information from your child's birth certificate for the 5/6 grade players only.  This is a requirement of the RVYFL to insure the integrity that all competitors meet age requirements.  You will be asked to provide information on this abstract from your child's birth certificate.  This information is required to complete the registration process. Thank you for your cooperation.

Clinton Youth Football has had the luxury over the past decade or so of having a very successful program and one of the major reasons is we are prepared and organized.  Under no circumstances do we plan to deviate from this model.  As a program we are split into two distinctive groups, flag and tackle programs.

We are changing our offerings up a bit for this year.  First is our flag option for our 1/2 grade players.  Practices will be held in Clinton and games will be played in Janesville at the Janesville Youth Complex.  Tackle options are available for those children that will be entering grades 3 thru 6 for the fall of 2024.  This will consist of 2 separate level, being a 3 and 4 grade team and then a 5 and 6 grade team.  Again, practices will be held in Clinton, with games being played in Milton, Janesville, Rockton or Clinton.  Lastly our 5/6*grade players will remain in the RVYFL with practices in Clinton and games possibly in Big Foot, Turner, Edgerton, Milton, Janesville or Clinton.

Practices for flag will look to start the LAST week of August.

The following is an UNOFFICIAL projected fall tackle schedule:

August 7, 2024 equipment issue

August 12, 2024 practices start….4 days per week

August 24, 2024 scrimmages for each tackle level

After scrimmages the tackle teams will go to a maximum of 3 player/coach contact days including games (2 practices/1 game)

September 7, 2024  first game

October 19, 2024 last game

Please keep in mind that our tackle programs registration cost includes a game jersey and pants.  These items will be ordered by the end of May, to insure that they are here before the beginning of the season.  We will be having a sizing day on May 11, 2024  at the Clinton Elementary.  Your child will need to be "fitted" after being registered to make sure that we are ordering the correct sizes for them.  If you cannot make the fitting day, we will still need to get you child fitted correctly.

Cost and registration date guidelines for 1/2 Flag:

1/2 grades $70 if registered by May 8, 2024 and paid in full

1/2 grades $80 if registered by May 8, 2024 $35 at time of registration $45 collected Aug 1, 2024

1/2 grades $110 after May 25, 2024 until registration closure paid at time of registration

Flag registration will remain open until July 31, 2024

Cost and registration date guidelines for Tackle for our 3/4 and 5/6 programs

$150 if registered before May 8, 2024  

$180 if registered after May 9, 2024  

Price includes game pants and jersey.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING YOUR PLAYERS PRACTICE PANTS, CLEATS AND MOUTHGUARDS.

Tackle registration will close on May 25, 2024

The first 75 completed tackle registrations will receive 2 tickets to a Green Bay Packer pre-season game this August.  These tickets will be for the registered player and a parent or guardian.  More information will become available this summer.
